The Proposals category includes all kinds of proposals – from ideas to IIPs – for improving Idle Protocol, DAO, or Ecosystem.
Keep in mind that the proposal should bear enough information and details in order to swiftly turn into an IIP (Idle Improvement Proposal), using the dedicated subsection.
Start with a clear and concise title: [Proposal] - Your Title Here. Your proposal will be much better received and will lead to far more productive discussions if it is focused, includes sufficient background, and has action points that are easy to understand
When the conversation in the Forum had enough visibility and can be considered completed, and the eventual Temperature Check – in Snapshot (IDLE holders, stkIDLE holders included as a comment in the proposal) – provides tangible acknowledgments from community members, the proposer can deploy on-chain the IIP (executable code). This starts its on-chain journey, with 3 days of voting and 2 days of grace period. If approved by $IDLE holders, the IIP will be implemented.
