Pilot league Committee multisig wallet

• Introduction:
  5000 $IDLE will be allocated from the Ecosystem Fund to reward bounties, grants and development activities. This budget can be used for production of content explaining how the Idle protocol works, reward the creators of proposals if they are executed, reward developers when they build for IDLE and to promote community growth and incentivize participation.

  For this pilot program the priority will be to select low-effort activities.

  The budget will be managed by 2 Project Managers:
