How does the FeeTreasury contract work? How do we decide what to spend it on? Would be great to see a plain English description.

The FeeTreasury 0x69a62C24F16d4914a48919613e8eE330641Bcb94 is owned by the governance (through the Timelock contract) and the governance can decide on it’s use.
