Should IDLE Establish a Smart Treasury?

Following the discussion from this forum post and previous discussions on the forum, it might be time to gauge the community sentiment of this idea. I am therefore creating a new snapshot poll for whether a Smart Treasury as described in the forum post should be implemented for $IDLE. This poll is simple created to substantiate within the IDLE protocol by presenting it to the community and asking for feedback via a poll.
This discussion does not necessarily have to be mutually exclusive with the Uniswap Incentives discussions, governance could decide to establish a smart treasury using a portion of the community fund, and then, later on, establish a Uniswap LP incentive fund later down the track.
